GM Parts Center General Policy
At GM Parts Center, we work hard to make ordering easy, fast, and worry-free. Here are a few things to know before placing your order:

Order Processing: Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).

Inventory: Our online catalog shows everything GM makes, but not all items are always in stock. Some parts may need to be special ordered or may be on backorder. If that happens, we’ll notify you right away so you can decide whether to wait or cancel.

Payment: In most cases, your card is only charged when your order ships. Some exceptions include special orders, discontinued items, or orders requiring pre-approval.

Genuine Parts Only: Every part we sell is new factory-original GM or certified GM-refurbished. We never sell used or aftermarket parts.

Shipping: We currently ship only within the 50 United States (no U.S. territories or international orders). Large body panels and glass are no longer shipped due to high damage rates.

Ordering: All orders must be placed through our website—we do not accept walk-ins.

Delivery Times: While we work hard to ship quickly, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates or times.

Helpful Tip: “LH” (left-hand) is always the driver’s side. “RH” (right-hand) is always the passenger’s side.

Right to Refuse Service: We may refuse service for reasons such as suspicious transactions, mismatched billing/shipping addresses, or freight forwarding addresses.
