Core Deposits
Some GM parts require a core deposit. This is a refundable deposit designed to ensure rebuildable units are returned. If a core deposit applies to your order, it will be included in your total at checkout.
When you return your core, it may be eligible for a full refund, provided it meets the requirements listed below. Please note: core return shipping charges are your responsibility, though we can provide a prepaid label and simply deduct the cost from your refund.
How to Return a Core:

Click the “Request Return” link on your order details page to start the process.

Drain all fluids and package the core properly in the original box and shipping container.

Include a copy of your original receipt or order number inside the box.

Use a trackable carrier (FedEx or UPS recommended) if not using our prepaid label option—we are not responsible for lost shipments.

To Receive Full Core Credit:

Return must be requested through the Request Return link within 30 days of purchase

Core must be fully assembled (disassembled cores not accepted)

Must be the same part as the replacement purchased

Must be free of: disassembly, heavy rust/corrosion, broken or bent pieces, stripped threads, or cracks

All fluids must be drained before shipping
Once we receive and inspect the core, your deposit refund will be issued back to your original form of payment (minus any prepaid label cost, if used).
