• Order Processing: Most orders are processed the same day, but please allow 1–3 business days during busy periods. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

• Manufacturer Orders: If a part needs to be ordered from GM, it usually arrives to us within 2–3 business days before we ship it to you. In rare cases, some parts may take up to 15 business days. Rest assured, we’ll ship your order the moment it arrives.

• Shipping Times: Standard ground shipping typically takes 4–10 business days, depending on your location. While we can’t guarantee carrier transit times, we’ll always provide tracking so you can follow your shipment.

• Shipping Costs: If a shipping charge does not calculate correctly at checkout, we’ll reach out to you for approval before processing your order.

• Carriers & Methods: We may substitute carriers at our discretion to keep costs low and delivery times fast.

• Availability: In the rare case that a part is backordered or discontinued, our team will do everything possible to help you locate one quickly.

• Restrictions: We do not ship internationally or accept COD orders.
