Return Policy

We want you to be confident when shopping with us. If you ever need to return a part, here’s how it works:

  • Requesting a Return: Simply click the “Request Return” link on your order details page within 30 days of receipt. Or email us that you need to return.

  • What You’ll Need: Please include your Order Number or invoice copy with the return.

  • Condition of Parts: Returns must be new, resalable, and in the original packaging. We cannot accept used, installed, or “test-fit” parts.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Electrical parts are not returnable.

  • Return Shipping: You’re responsible for return shipping. If you’d like, we can email you a prepaid return label—the label cost will simply be deducted from your refund.

  • Original Shipping Fees: Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Restocking Fees: We normally don’t charge restocking fees. However, in same cases a restocking fee may apply.

  • Processing Time: Once received, please allow 10–14 business days for us to inspect and process your return.

  • Right of Refusal: If a return does not meet these guidelines, we may return the item to you.
