Q. How much is shipping?
A. It depends on the contents of your order, where you are located, and which delivery option you choose.
Q. What shipping methods do you offer?
A. We offer Economy, Expedited, and Overnight shipping options. Economy arrives in 2-14 days. For faster shipping, you can upgrade to Expedited (2-3 days) or Overnight (1-2 days). Transit times do not include weekends or holidays.
Orders over $300, regardless of shipping method, will be shipped with a signature requirement.
Q. Do you have a minimum order?
A. We do not enforce a minimum.
Q. Do you offer rush shipping?
A. Yes, we offer Expedited or Overnight shipping at an additional charge.
Q. How long does it take to process and ship my order?
A. We do our best to process and ship orders the same day they're placed. We do not process orders on weekends or holidays. Special orders and temporarily out of stock parts may take longer. Transit time depends on your location.
Q. Will you provide tracking information?
A. Yes, you'll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.
Q. If I pay by credit card, will you charge my card once the item has shipped?
A. We will charge your card when you place your order.
Q. If I ordered a part that’s out of stock, when will it ship?
We will ship it as soon as we can.
Q. Can you ship my order to multiple addresses?
A. You would need to contact us to make special arrangements.
Q. Do you ship to AK, HI, and US territories?
A. Yes, we ship to AK, HI, and US territories.
Q. Do you ship to PO Boxes or APOs/FPOs?
A. Typically yes, but some PO Boxes and APOs are not serviced. We will notify you if this is the case.
Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. No, we do not ship internationally.
Q. Do you ship hazardous items?
A. No, we do not ship hazardous materials at this time.
Q. Do you ship oversized parts?
A. We do ship oversized parts; however, please be aware oversized ground shipping charges on larger or heavier parts are approximately $50.00 - $450.00 per piece and the website does not always quote these accurately. We will notify you and ask for approval in these instances.
Also, we do not ship large body panels like hoods, fenders, side panels, glass, etc. due to high incidences of damage during transit.
Q. What happens if you ship the wrong part?
A. Please contact us if this occurs, and we’ll take care of our mistake. We will try to resolve it with as little inconvenience to you as possible. We are not, however, responsible for correctly ordered parts that simply do not fit your vehicle.
Q. What happens if the part is damaged during shipping?
A. We’ll make sure it is replaced, provided that you inform us immediately, and save the box/shipping materials it came in. This way we can speak to the carrier about reimbursing us, and getting you a replacement part ASAP.
Q. How can I be sure you’re shipping me parts that will fit my vehicle?
A. If you are unsure about whether a part will fit, please contact us. We’re happy to help assist you with finding exactly what you need.
Q. What happens if the part doesn’t fit my vehicle?
A. If we sent the wrong part, contact us so we can correct the situation. If you ordered the wrong part, you’ll have to return it to us.
Q. What if my address changes before my order ships? Can I change where you send my shipment?
A. We recommend being certain of your location for the next 30 days before confirming an order, to prevent this situation from occurring. If an address change is necessary, please contact us, and we’ll see if we can help.
Q. What if I never receive an order?
A. First, check the tracking number we provided you with to be sure the order has been marked “Delivered”. If it has and your order has not been delivered, we recommend checking the transaction number with the shipping company.
Q. What happens if I refuse the shipment?
A. If you refuse shipment, you may be charged a fee for doing so. This is not the method we prefer you use if you no longer want the part you ordered. It is easier for all parties involved if you accept the shipment, then return it to us properly. You can view our Return Policy here.
