Prices listed on this website are valid ONLY on this website for ONLINE purchases. Online prices are not valid over the phone or in the store. You may place your order online and pick it up at Van Chevrolet in Scottsdale, AZ once you are notified via e-mail your order is ready for pickup. The online catalog is for reference only and may contain part number, description, pricing inaccuracies and does not reflect current on-hand inventory.
Why do you need my Vin#?
The Vin# is necessary in identifying the correct parts for
a particular vehicle. With the Vin#, we can identify each and every Production Option for all vehicles
produced beginning with the 1990 model year. Accuracy of parts are not guaranteed unless we are provided with a VIN.
Do
you sell
genuine OEM parts?
All parts are guaranteed to be new and factory original.
These are the same parts you would purchase from the
dealer.
Do you have my part in
stock?
In addition to our on-hand inventory, we work with a
network of hundreds of parts warehouses
across the country enabling us to fill and ship orders
within 24 hours. In the unlikely event that a part has
been placed on backorder or discontinued, we will do
our best to find one for you as quickly as possible.
Can I add to my order after it has been placed?
Yes,
you can add to an order up until the time it is shipped
and no longer in our possession.
Can I cancel an order after
it has been placed?
Yes, you can cancel any order or part of any order up
until the time it is shipped and no longer in our
possession.
How long before my order
ships?
In stock orders ship within 24 hours.
Do you ship outside the
United States?
No, we don't sell parts internationally.
Which credit cards do you
accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
What
method of shipping do you use?
Most products listed in our catalog are in stock or are immediately available from our warehouse. If we have it, it goes out as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours. Depending on the availability from General Motors, we can have product shipped to you in seven to ten days. Sometimes it can be quicker, but use the 7-10 day number as an 'average'.
We ship all orders using Federal Express. They give excellent service and are extremely reliable. The listed shipping cost on your order is an estimate. Your actual shipping cost will depend on the size and weight of your order. If you would like to know the exact shipping cost before placing an order, please email us at: info@gmpartscenter.net.
We do not have a handling or processing charge for any order.
What is your return policy?
We understand that sometimes, for whatever reason, the part you needed yesterday, is no longer needed today. So for that reason, we will take back most returns for 30 days. Just pack up in it's original package and send it back. There is a 10% handling and processing charge on all returns. Shipping charges are not refundable.
We just ask for a couple of courtesies. We cannot take back used, installed or tried parts. Parts must be re-saleable and in their original packaging. You do not need a return authorization, but we would like to be informed via e-mail so that we can expect the part and credit the correct account in a timely manner when it gets here. Please include the original invoice with the return. Please make a copy for your records. We do reserve the right to refuse and return any parts that we find to have been installed, are used, or do not meet the above return criteria.
Return Procedure
- E-mail us at: info@gmpartscenter.net with your original invoice number and reason for return.
- All returns must include a copy of your invoice.
- Please use a trackable shipper (FedEx, UPS, DHL) Do NOT ship USPS.
- Items that do not meet the above criteria will be shipped back to you at your expense.
